We just didn't do a lot today so that made being thrifty pretty simple.
Made my own coffee at home. This morning was stressful and that is usually the time where I throw my hands up in the air and get things we shouldn't be buying, especially fast food and coffees. But I put my big girl panties on and made the dinner I had planned. It really helped that what I planned was minimal effort and time.
Babysat for a couple hours in the morning. I am really loving that I get to play with a tiny little one and make a few dollars at the same time. It's a win/win for me for sure.... she is such a little sweetie!
Listed 3 things on Mitchell Area Trading Post. I hadn't gotten this accomplished yet when the frenzy hit and it would have been easy for me to just skip it for the day and do twice as much tomorrow but I fended off the thoughts of doing that and just did it anyway.
Found an online recipe for supper using ingredients we have in the house. It turned out so good that I made the amount I usually make for spaghetti and we usually have tons of leftovers.... my family was left scraping the bottom of the pots tonight!
