Gratitude Journal 10/22

I want to end every day of my life in gratitude so one of my goals right now is listing 7 things that I am grateful for.

Fun new website find!  I found Yummly when I was searching around for a recipe this morning and I think it's something I will use a lot in my menu planning and am excited to have a chance to look around it a little bit more

Completed Daily goals.  It felt really good to wake up this morning and look at yesterday's goal list and know that I got it all accomplished.  Today motivation hasn't come naturally but the thrill of seeing it all done again tomorrow is enough to get me back on my A game

Watercolor paints.  A lovely diversion for my little one this morning while I got a few things accomplished

Appliances.   A dishwasher to do my dishes, a stove & crock pot to do my cooking, a fridge to keep my food cold, a deep freeze so I can stock up, and a washer and dryer to do my laundry.  I am incredibly grateful for all of them!

Fair weather -  several GORGEOUS days in a row for the kiddos to play with friends and do projects outside and an absolutely lovely ground cover of leaves and the trees that look like they come directly out of a fall calendar page.  It's what I'm looking at out my window as I type and it lifts my spirits no matter what difficulties I've come across throughout the day.

My parents.  How on earth did I manage to be one of the people that were blessed with absolutely amazing parents?  I ask myself this on a regular basis.  I really don't know if there is a greater blessing.  They have been kind to me and loved me above and beyond what anyone could hope since the beginning and I couldn't begin to express my gratitude for who they have been to me and my family.

Pasta - A supper NO one dreads making.  I was so excited to try this new recipe and it's was like 20 minutes of kitchen time, lol.  And inexpensive too!  It's like a frugal woman's dream food....  and it doesn't hurt that this pasta sauce was awesome!  I love pasta with a great sauce.
